January 5, 2009: Wintry weather moving into the area

Surface temperatures have remained cold enough across the region for a mixture of sleet and freezing rain to develop. It looks like temperatures will rise above freezing late tonight or tomorrow morning across most of West KY. Road temperatures are in the lower 40s – so this should not be an extreme event. Bridges and overpasses Order Retin-A [1] will become slick and hazardous, though.
